We deploy a combination of approaches when working through a service with our clients. This includes purist coaching, mentoring, advising and general guidance. We apply these approaches across a variety of service streams and areas of focus within that stream, however all our services are based on navigating a significant life or career transitions. It's our experience that all successful transitions require foundational elements to be successful, such as self-knowledge; self-mastery; achievable goals; critical analysis of options; sound advice; and consistent action. These elements are central to our approach to

Coaching & Advisory Engagement Options
Casual 1:1 Advice - $120 + GST
30-minute as needed coaching or advice in your chosen stream and area of focus.
Casual 1:1 Advice - $240 + GST
60-minute as needed coaching or advice in your chosen stream and area of focus.
1-month 1:1 Support - $960 + GST
4 x 60 minute coaching or advice in your chosen stream and area of focus.
Career Audit & Development Toolkit - $15 + GST
Self-directed audit of career history, skills, knowledge, needs and values. A basis for identifying your ideal role, areas for development and your professional value proposition.
Resume Development Toolkit - $15 + GST
Self-directed guide to creating a personalised and key achievement resume that authentically communicates your value proposition. Includes up to date information on how to use powerful AI prompts to target your resume to specific job advertisements and increase your chances of being compliant with modern applicant tracking system technology.

Personalised Career Development Plan - $1,200 + GST
1 month guided session-based support plus activities to complete in-between sessions, that will help you to better understand your professional interests, capabilities, motivators and needs. At the end of this service you will have gained insights into what you have to offer as a professional, the environments that best support you; and importantly you will have the foundations on which to build a professional brand.

Personal Brand Package: Elevator Pitch + Resume + LinkedIn Profile - $960 + GST
Building on a combination of 1 month of guided session-based support, plus activities to complete in-between sessions, which will result in 3 key personal brand elements. No matter what your role in life, it's empowering for you and compelling for others, when you can authentically articulate your value with confidence. An elevator pitch, resume and LinkedIn profile lay the foundations for a successful job search and career advancement strategy.
Strategic Networking - $550 + GST
1 month of guided session based support, plus activities to complete in-between sessions, to help you master one of the more challenging elements of job search and career development. This service will guide you how to identify, research, and respectfully approach organisations and people with whom you can create a mutually beneficial relationship. During these sessions you'll also be guided on how to conduct networking meetings so you both gain and deliver value.
Interview Skills - $550 + GST
1 month of guided session based support, plus activities to complete in-between sessions, to help you prepare and perform at your best at interview. Includes preparing and refining your answers to key questions such as 'tell-us-about-yourself'; capability based questions; behaviour questions. We'll also guide you on pre-interview research and how to assess whether the role and organisation is the right cultural fit and . This service is focused on increasing your chances of receiving the best offer possible, protecting your professional brand and ensuring the next role is the right role for your current circucmstances and longer term goals.
Guided Self-Mastery - 550 + GST
4 x 60-minute guided sessions to help you in identify the areas of self-mastery that are most challenging for you.
1 month 1:1 Coaching - $1,800 + GST
6 hours of personal coaching over 4 weeks, focused on your area of choice. Suitable for those needing short-term support to clarify thinking before setting course for a new direction.
2 months 1:1 Coaching - $3,600 + GST
12 hours of personal coaching over 8 weeks, focused on your area of choice. Suitable for those needing short-term support to clarify thinking, feel grounded and begin setting course for a new direction.
3 months 1:1 Coaching - from $2,450 + GST
3 months of 1-hour personal coaching focused on your area of choice. Suitable for those needing short-to-medium term support to clarify thinking; develop an action plan and begin taking the first steps towards their goals.
6 months 1:1 Coaching - from $4,900 + GST
6 months of weekly monthly or bi-monthly, 1-hour personal coaching focused on your area of choice. Suitable for those with more intensive or challenging needs, where medium term coaching is required to navigate change over a longer period.
12 months 1:1 Coaching - from $9,800 + GST
12 months of monthly or bi-monthly, 1-hour personal coaching focused on your area of choice. Suitable for those experiencing significant life and career transitions e.g. Key and Senior Executives navigating Redundancy; Career Burn-out; Retirement, Board Appointment Campaigns; New Parenthood; Separation & Divorce; Empty-Nesting.
